Made of stainless steel 18/10 AISI 304. It's the ideal machine to ensure the hygiene of cutlery, as sterilizing them prevents the proliferation of bacteria, especially on forks and spoons, which come into contact with our mouths. Additionally, by using corn sand for drying, whose grains friction the cutlery through vibration, they are polished and shine as if they were new. The temperature reached by the corn sand is 80°C, ensuring the complete elimination of germs. Its ideal installation is under the output table of the dome dishwasher. After washing the cutlery, they are introduced into the dryer/sterilizer through the entrance hole and automatically exit within 60 seconds, which is the cycle duration, through the exit. It produces 5000 pieces of cutlery per hour. The entire electronic circuit operates at 24 volts. Mounted on 4 swivel wheels, 2 of them with brakes. It has an 8-kilogram capacity of corn sand, which is not consumed but needs to be replenished monthly to maintain the ideal capacity. It comes with 2 bags of 4.5 kilograms each.
