1. Interior and exterior made of stainless steel 18/10 AISI-304.
2. 1.5 mm thick countertop with rounded edges, longitudinally on both sides.
3. Modular element, allowing assembly according to needs and available space, with hot, neutral, angular furniture, etc.
4. The front of the furniture is standard stainless steel.
5. Tray guides, glass screen, single or double with LED light, etc., can be added to the furniture.
6. Ecological injected polyurethane insulation (CFC-free) with a density of 40 Kg/m3.
7. Oversized refrigeration unit with automatic defrosting.
8. This unit can be removed to facilitate maintenance and cleaning of the condenser.
9. Hydrocarbon refrigerant gas R290. Maximum performance to obtain the most ecological energy rating and to reduce CO2 emissions.
10. With digital thermometer-thermostat. This programmer allows adjusting temperatures, maximum and minimum, and automatic defrosting, in order to optimize performance to the maximum.
11. With adjustable stainless steel feet.
12. Designed for presenting food in 4 GN 1/1 containers, or other sizes, up to 150 mm deep. Beverages can also be placed.
13. Tank with all rounded edges, for easy cleaning and equipped with drain.
14. Cooling through copper tubes attached to the inside of the tank, for better cold distribution, located in the insulated area.
15. The operating range is +4° to +8°C, with an ambient temperature of 25°C.
