2. Designed for placement in the Show Cooking area of the buffet. However, it's also a professional solution for integration into kitchen furniture.
3. Built-in element with a system allowing fixation to the countertop to prevent liquid leakage.
4. The controls of each unit can be placed on the front or countertop of the furniture.

6. With 2 basins fully welded to the countertop, embedded to facilitate cleaning and prevent oil overflow.

10. Includes a mechanism for the heating elements to tilt to a vertical position, activated by a lever located on the right, with a locking system when raised, facilitating the cleaning of the basin.

12. Equipped with a working thermostat ranging from 0 to 190°C, a safety thermostat cutting off at 240°C, and an operating indicator light.
13. Also equipped with a safety thermostat that stops the fryer in case of abnormal oil temperature increase.
