Cleaning should be done once the plate is turned off and after 30/45 minutes (while still warm), by placing ice cubes that will evaporate immediately. Then, the scraper-cutter should be used gently to remove as much grease as possible, followed by a damp cloth. Do not use degreaser until the next day before turning the plate back on, leaving the surface shiny as new. This plate is always smooth. Supplied ready for butane-propane or natural gas, depending on the customer's preference.
