With stainless steel backsplash welded all around, both top and bottom, for maximum hygiene. Front drain with grease collection drawer and conical sealing plug. Supplied with a scraper-cutter for cleaning, to be used without tapping, simply sliding the blade over the surface. Cleaning method: once the griddle is turned off and after 30/45 minutes (while still warm), place ice cubes on it, which will evaporate immediately. Then, gently slide the scraper-cutter to remove as much grease as possible, followed by a damp cloth. Do not apply degreaser until the following day before starting up the griddle to keep the surface shiny and like new. This plate is always smooth.
