The cleaning method is, once the plate is turned off and after 30-45 minutes (still warm), ice cubes should be placed, which will evaporate immediately. Then the spatula-cutter should be passed gently to remove as much grease as possible, followed by a damp cloth. Do not use degreaser until the next day before turning the plate on again, and the surface will remain shiny like new. The plate remains always smooth.
